Camacuri Residence is a daughter company of Aruba Sunny Places Holding NV, a company with Dutch Management, established in 1992 with its office at Seroe Blanco 60^e, Oranjestad. The Company specializes in the operation and managing of Real Estate, project management and financing.

We offer you a comfortable and secure residential area for your holiday stay, second home or permanent residence.

The Buildings

There are 39 apartments.The Studios and Standard Suites are situated around an idyllic village square. The De Luxe Suites and Superiors overlook the spacious tropical garden with pool, BBQ, sun terraces and much more.

The Furnishings

All rental apartments are provided with Split Level Air Conditioning and complete comfortable furnishings including a fully equipped kitchenette, for 2 or 4 persons. Except for the Standard Suites all apartments have a private terrace and/or front porch.

The Services

Professional security 24 hours per day, daily cleaning except on Sundays and Holidays, changing of bath towels on request, changing of bed sheets twice a week, pool towels, use of laundry machines, free use of all facilities at Havana Beach, free wireless ADSL Internet in your apartment or anywhere at the site, free cable TV, free local phone, free use of fixed BBQ, professional Jeu de Boules Track (Bowling Alley) in the shade, Airport Pick-up and Drop-off (on request only $ 15), secure parking area, front desk services for all your reservations and/or questions, assistance and much more.
